First of all, you need Acronis True Image Home 11 to perform this job. If you dont have, don’t worry, you may download Acronis TrueImage Home 11 Recover CD (bootable) from :

Acronis True Image 11 Recovery CD (ISO) : DOWNLOAD HERE

You need to burn this ISO image into one blank CDR, and boot your computer from CD.

Shall we start.

Click on Backup

Click Next

Choose My Computer then click Next

Choose Disks and partition then click next

Choose the partition you want to backup then click next

Nothing to exclude here. Click Next

Just click OK button.

Decide where you want to store the image file. Recommend another partition of hdd. (make sure the partition is NTSF format for best result). You can burn on DVD or BD too. Or even store it on external or network storage. For my case, i store it on my H drive, in a folder, labeled Acronis Backup Image. Put a name for your image.

Choose Create a new full backup archive and click next.

Set the option manually then click next

Click on Compression level, and choose Maximum. Then click next

You may put some remark or comment here…not necessary. Then click next

If everything right…click proceed
